However, we genuinely want you to be happy with your purchase. If you experience any issues with your files, downloads, or receive the wrong product, please contact us and we’ll do our best to help resolve the problem as quickly as possible.
Because our script packs contain downloadable digital materials that can be copied or retained after purchase, we are unable to offer refunds for:
- Change of mind
- Accidental purchases
- Productions no longer going ahead
- Cast size or suitability issues
We strongly encourage customers to read all product descriptions carefully before purchasing.
